Summer Camp

A program for current students ages 3-5 years old.

Our Summer Program is available to current SBMA students and runs throughout the summer. Children enjoy a variety of engaging activities, including exploration of cultures from Spanish, French, and Mandarin speaking countries. Each week features a new theme that introduces students to the language and traditions of these countries. The program also includes creative arts and crafts, fun and educational games, active play, and exciting special-event days. Our Summer Program offers a joyful, enriching experience in a safe, structured environment.

Cultural Curriculum

Each week, we highlight a different country in which Spanish, French, or Mandarin is spoken, using it as the theme to guide our activities and learning. Children participate in hands-on cultural experiences such as music, art, food exploration, storytelling, and games that reflect the traditions of the featured country. Our educators work closely with our students, and this consistent, immersive approach provides meaningful and ongoing exposure to languages we offer, helping to build familiarity and spark curiosity in a fun, engaging way.

Enrollment & Details

Space is limited and enrollment is confirmed on a first come-first serve basis. Enrollment is open to current students only. At this time, our Summer Camp Program is only available to current students.

In order to be eligible for our Summer Program, children must be ages 2 to 5 and be fully toilet-trained. Children are placed into groups based on age for most of the day, ensuring developmentally appropriate activities and routines, but remain together for planned activities and events, encouraging a sense of community across age levels. Explorers, ages 2 to 4, have a rest period for approximately 90 minutes each afternoon. Travelers, ages 4 to 6, have an additional activity time each afternoon.

Parent Reviews

five stars review

We've noticed several positive changes since our daughters began attending SBMA. We appreciate their independence, their willingness to help care for our home, their motivation to work hard at something even when it's tricky, the habit of putting things back after they're finished using them... The list goes on!
