Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the questions we hear most often about the admission process.

  • Can I drop by at any time for a school tour?

Due to the high interest in our program, prospective families are encouraged to attend a scheduled Open House event in November or January. To recieve an invitation, please inquire online. We are happy to answer general questions on the phone or by email. Upon reviewing your Application, eligible families will be invited to schedule a tour online.

  • Who should attend the school tour?

Both parents (if applicable & possible) and the child. The initial tour is designed to allow your family to observe each classroom in action. Children applying to our Primary program will have an opportunity to interact with one of our Lead Teachers during this visit so parents can envision their child’s success in our environment.

  • Is there a waiting list?

Not exactly. Families typically apply in the winter for enrollment the following September.

  • How far in advance may I submit an application?

Parents are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

  • May I request a specific world language program?

Yes, you may request a specific world language program and we do our best to match students and families based on the language preferred. Although we try to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee placement and those who are open to any language have the best chance of being offered admission.

  • What are the factors that determine my child’s placement?

Depending on the openings that are available, our goal is to balance the classrooms by age and gender of the children.

  • Is there a sibling discount?

Yes, there is a 10% discount for the second child simultaneously enrolled.

Parent Reviews

five stars review

This is SUCH a great school. The curriculum is holistic, and offers the best of what a Montessori school can be with a bilingual setting. The teachers and staff are caring, considerate, and student-focused. This school is incredibly well run. Leadership is thoughtful and approachable about any and all questions or concerns. This school truly fosters a love of diversity, a passion for language and culture, and a commitment to child-led inquiry.
